By using RGVHorror.com, purchasing or using a ticket, joining a promotional list, or attending McAllen Horror Nights, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, posted event rules, and any applicable participation waiver.

If you purchase tickets for another person, you are responsible for providing that person with the applicable event rules, health warnings, refund terms, and safety information.

Tickets are valid only for the event, admission type, date, time, or operating period displayed on the ticket or during checkout.

Date-specific, timed-entry, VIP, fast-pass, or upgraded tickets are valid only under the conditions displayed during checkout.

Tickets may not be duplicated, reproduced, or used more than once. Unauthorized resale, fraudulent purchases, ticket duplication, or payment abuse may result in cancellation without admission.

Ticket prices, availability, operating hours, attractions, performers, routes, effects, and admission procedures may change when reasonably necessary for safety or operations.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, purchasing a ticket does not guarantee immediate admission or eliminate normal wait times.

McAllen Horror Nights is an intense, immersive walk-through haunted attraction designed to frighten, startle, and disorient participants.

The experience may include:

• Darkness or limited visibility.
• Strobe or flashing lights.
• Fog, haze, or theatrical smoke.
• Loud or sudden noises.
• Frightening imagery and realistic horror effects.
• Live actors and sudden startle effects.
• Stairs, narrow passages, low clearances, or enclosed spaces.
• Uneven surfaces.
• Close proximity to actors and other guests.

Guests must follow all posted rules and instructions provided by employees, event personnel, security, and emergency responders.

Guests may not:

• Run, push, fight, or behave recklessly.
• Touch, strike, grab, threaten, or harass actors, employees, or other guests.
• Climb on, damage, or interfere with props, scenery, barriers, or equipment.
• Enter restricted areas or bypass safety barriers.
• Bring weapons, dangerous objects, or prohibited items.
• Participate while intoxicated or impaired.
• Create a safety risk or disrupt the experience for other guests.
• Record photographs or videos in areas where recording is prohibited.

Management may refuse admission or remove a guest who violates event rules, interferes with employees or other guests, damages property, or creates a safety risk.

Removal for misconduct or violation of event rules does not qualify for a refund.

There is no general age limit unless a particular ticket or event states otherwise. However, the attraction contains intense imagery and effects that may not be appropriate for children.

All minors must be accompanied by an adult as required by the event's posted rules. A parent or legal guardian must complete the required participation waiver on behalf of a minor.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for deciding whether the attraction is appropriate for the minor.

McAllen Horror Nights may not be appropriate for every guest.

Guests with heart conditions, respiratory conditions, seizure disorders, photosensitivity, severe anxiety, mobility limitations, pregnancy, or another medical condition that may be affected by the experience should consult an appropriate medical professional before attending.

Guests who become distressed, disoriented, ill, or injured should immediately notify event personnel.

Participation is voluntary. Guests understand that haunted attractions involve inherent and unpredictable risks, including fright, startle reactions, anxiety, disorientation, slips, trips, falls, collisions, and aggravation of existing health conditions.

A separate participation waiver may be required before admission. The participation waiver contains additional safety acknowledgments, assumption-of-risk provisions, and legal terms.

Guests who do not complete a required waiver may be denied admission.

Guests must follow emergency instructions from employees, security, and first responders.

Guests who need to leave the attraction should notify the nearest employee instead of attempting to cross barriers or leave through a restricted area.

Guests are responsible for protecting their phones, wallets, glasses, clothing, and other personal property.

McAllen Horror Nights is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

The McAllen Horror Nights name, RGV Horror name, logos, website content, graphics, photographs, videos, characters, advertising materials, and attraction content are owned by or licensed to McAllen Horror Nights.

Content may not be copied, republished, distributed, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, McAllen Horror Nights, participating property owners, employees, contractors, vendors, and affiliates are not responsible for losses caused by a guest's violation of event rules, misuse of a ticket, failure to follow instructions, or voluntary participation in the attraction.

Nothing in these Terms limits a right or responsibility that cannot legally be limited.

The separate participation waiver contains additional terms concerning risk and liability.

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Texas.

We may update these Terms when event operations, services, safety requirements, or legal obligations change.

The version published at the time of purchase or attendance will apply where required by law.
