Refund & Cancellation Policy

Unless McAllen Horror Nights cancels an event and does not provide an eligible replacement date, all ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.

Refunds are not provided because of:

• Personal scheduling conflicts.
• Failure to attend.
• Transportation or parking problems.
• Normal event lines or wait times.
• Fear, discomfort, or unwillingness to enter or complete the attraction.
• Failure to review attraction warnings before purchasing.
• Medical or personal circumstances arising after purchase.
• Removal for misconduct or violation of event rules.
• Lost, stolen, damaged, or unused tickets.

Service, processing, and delivery fees may be nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law and the policies of the authorized ticketing or payment provider.

Date-specific, timed-entry, VIP, fast-pass, or upgraded tickets cannot be exchanged for another date or ticket type unless McAllen Horror Nights expressly approves the request.

General-admission tickets may be used only on the dates or during the operating period stated on the ticket or displayed during checkout.

Tickets may not be transferred, resold, or reproduced except as expressly permitted by McAllen Horror Nights and the authorized ticketing provider.

If McAllen Horror Nights cancels an entire event date and does not provide an eligible replacement date, the original purchaser will be offered a refund of the eligible ticket amount through the original payment method.

If an event is postponed, interrupted, or rescheduled, McAllen Horror Nights may honor the original ticket on a replacement date instead of issuing a refund, subject to applicable law.

Travel, lodging, parking, transportation, meals, and other related expenses are not refundable.

McAllen Horror Nights may continue operating during light rain or other manageable weather conditions.

Operating times may be delayed, interrupted, suspended, or changed because of severe weather, power failures, emergencies, government orders, unsafe conditions, property damage, or circumstances outside the organizer's reasonable control.

When the attraction cannot safely operate, McAllen Horror Nights will announce the available rescheduling, ticket-credit, or refund option through RGVHorror.com, email, social media, or the authorized ticketing provider.

Guests removed for fighting, intoxication, harassment, touching actors, damaging property, entering restricted areas, refusing staff instructions, or otherwise violating event rules are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

For an eligible cancellation or ticket issue, email info@RGVHorror.com and include:

• Purchaser's full name.
• Order number.
• Email address used for the purchase.
• Ticket type.
• Event date.
• A brief explanation of the request.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the bank, payment provider, or ticketing provider.
