McAllen Horror Nights is an intense, immersive walk-through haunted attraction. Please review the rules and health warnings before attending.

Recommended age: 12+. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether the experience is appropriate for their child. All minors must be accompanied by an adult. A parent or legal guardian must complete the required waiver for a participant under 18.

No-touch attraction: Actors will not intentionally touch guests, and guests may not touch actors, employees, props, scenery, or other guests.

Attraction effects: Darkness and low visibility, strobe and flashing lights, theatrical fog and atmospheric effects, loud music and sudden noises, frightening imagery, live actors and sudden startle effects, narrow or enclosed spaces, props and special effects, and temporary disorientation.

Health warning: Guests with heart conditions, abnormal blood pressure, respiratory conditions, sensitivity to strobe lighting or fog, recent surgery, severe anxiety, pregnancy, or another condition that may be aggravated by the attraction should review all warnings and consult an appropriate medical professional before attending.

House rules: Do not touch actors, employees, props, or scenery. No alcohol or illegal drugs on the property. Guests who appear intoxicated or impaired may be denied admission. No weapons of any kind. No running. No pushing, fighting, threatening behavior, or unsafe conduct. No smoking, vaping, lighters, or open flames. No photography or video recording inside the attraction. No phones, flashlights, or other light sources inside the attraction. Proper footwear is required. No open-toed shoes or heels. No bags inside the attraction. Follow all posted rules and staff instructions. Notify an employee immediately if you become distressed, injured, disoriented, or need assistance.

The property uses continuous video surveillance for safety and security. Guests may be photographed or recorded while on the property for event documentation and promotional purposes.

Management may refuse admission or remove guests who violate event rules or create a safety risk. Removal for violating the rules does not qualify for a refund.

Waiver required: Every participant must complete the required waiver before attending. A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for a participant under 18.
